The modern complex consists of a 2-storey building with 145 apartments. Facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, there is a small supermarket, a bar and a restaurant, with a dining room, for drinking and dining options. Furthermore, there is a garage and car park available for those arriving by car as well as room service.
